Q: How many years of experience do you have in the industry?
A:  We started the business in November 2006 and are successfully running it for over a decade.

Q: Do you deal with the removal of my old floor coating, like paint?
A: We can absolutely take care of the removal of your old flooring for you. There could be  surcharge cost to do this, depending on the coating.

Q: What colours does your product come in?
A: We stock 12 colour blends and can do customer order blend upon request.

Q: How/where do I see samples of your products?
A: After 14 years in business, it is likely we have done a floor not too far from most prospective clients. We can usually arrange to show you something in your neighbourhood

Q: Can I see a rendering of the flooring before you install it?
A:  We can create a computer image of a custom design on the manufacturer’s site.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer 20 years warranty of our flooring system for concrete adhesion normal usage, will go over the after care and maintenance of the floors with you so you can extend the longevity of your new floors.

Q: Are you more expensive than your competitors?
A: No we are not. We match or beat other product pricing. 

Q: What do I do it my floor cracks or chips?
A:  This highly unlikely but… we can fix any damage with a permanent repair, our resins are the only resins that can actually be repaired, forming a welded bond. Repairing any chips or cracks in the concrete before installation is always included in the square foot price.

Q: How long does it take to get my new garage floor installed?
A: We can do manage a garage installation of up to 1,500 square feet in one day  and a small 400 square foot garages in as little as 5 hours.

Q: How long before I can drive on the new floor?
A: You can walk on your new floor 12  hours from the time we complete the last coat, park in there in 2-4 days (depending on the season).

Q: Can you put in my new flooring while I’m at work?
A: Yes we are self sufficient and will only require access to the floor space that we are working on.
