Q: How many years of experience do you have in the industry?
A:  We started the business in November 2006 and are successfully running it for over a decade.

A: We can absolutely take care of the removal of your old flooring for you. There is a surcharge cost to do this.

Q: What colours does your product come in?
A: We stock 12 colour blends and can do customer order blend upon request.

Q: How/where do I see samples of your products?
A: You can make an appointment to visit our showroom located at 1917 Dayton Street to take a look at our product samples and see a finished floor.

Q: Can I see a rendering of the flooring before you install it?
A:  We can create a computer image of a custom design on the manufacturer’s site.

Q: What’s the difference between epoxy and your product?
A: Epoxy never stops curing. It only slows down after 12 – 24 hours. It will harden over time and flake and lift. Under a microscope epoxy is not impervious, it has air bubbles therefore, it’s vulnerable to dirt and water penetration. Epoxy also has the pigmented colour coat on the surface, which can lead to discolouration and fade. Our product has a 100% UV stable clear top coat so it will never discolour.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer 15 years warranty of our flooring system and will go over the after care and maintenance of the floors with you so you can extend the longevity of your new floors.

Q: Are you more expensive than your competitors?
A: No we are not. We match other product pricing. Our product has higher resin costs than the epoxies and polyaspartics and very low labour and travel costs since we only require a day for installation.

Q: What do I do it my floor cracks or chips?
A:  We can fix any damage with a permanent repair. Repairing any chips or cracks in the concrete is always included in the square foot price.

Q: How long does it take to get my new garage floor installed?
A: We can do manage a garage installation of up to 1,100 square feet in one day  and a small 400 square foot garages in as little as 5 hours.

Q: How long before I can drive on the new floor?
A: You can drive on your new floor 20 minutes from the time we complete the last coat.

Q: Can you put in my new flooring while I’m at work?
A: Yes we are self sufficient and will only require access to the floor space that we are working on.

Q: Who manufactures your product?
A:  Flowcrete is a world leader in the manufacture of seamless resin flooring systems. They offer sustainable innovative flooring solutions using natural green resources.
